The Scent of Spring

The magnolia tree down the street is in bloom and we're expecting a storm tonight. Nebraska storms can strip buds and blossoms off a plant in an instant. So I figured I'd better get down there and get my shot - so for my daily walk I headed down. I could smell it before I could see it as the scent wafted through the air.
