Two tractors where working on a small and narrow road in front of this old farmhouse somewhere between the towns of Bornem and Oppuurs (both are situated in the province of Antwerp, Belgium - the province of Antwerp lies in the flemish part of the country - ).Apparently the large blue tractor which had his flashlights on, was egalising the road and a lot of dust resulted from that.
