The ancient art of Loitering.

View On Black - Large

Loitering about is in fact an Art.Being bone idle has to be practiced every day.Again and again. That is why, I gave up working ; to become proficient in this ancient art.
I even believe the Japanese call it "Zen" ?

Nuff said.
I had returned to the old cafe (brown pub like) "Koophandel" (the name means "Merchandise" in Flemish/Dutch) to try and take a few more shots of what is a very special cafe. The interior and decoration dates back 50 or more years ago as do the punters who visit it every day.
The landlord and his charming daughter (mind you, the woman must be over her fifties and has that "Sturdy" look but this doesn't make her less charming of course... ;-) ) where glad to oblige and help out and the landlord (the elderly gentleman standing in the front) kindly pointed out to me that he had a surprise in the room next to the cafe...)

Every singe time I enter this cafe, I get trown back at least 40 years to the early days of my childhood somewhere early sixties.
Smashing stuff this.
