So after taking this workman shot, i heard a distinctive whistle cut through the noise of the street, which included a particularly good slide blues guitarist busking who was giving it the message.
Anyways Nuala was with my whistling antipodean friend. I'd never met her before but we were bantering away in no time. Twas great craic and i left the pair of them with a smile.
I did ask if her hubby had been drinking 'wife beater' to which something was mutttered about carlsberg as another possibility....the truth is out there.
