Golden Pond

Linus Gelber

I'm on my way to midtown to meet up with a friend and head to the Museum of Modern Art when - zounds! is that soft and resplendent sunshine? In our city of frigid wind and rain? It is, it is. And so the scheduled afternoon is scuttled, in favor of walking around in the sudden spring.

The sun slips down early behind our urban towers, casting long shadows and a luxurious warm glow as it wanes. This picture is taken facing south looking at The Pond at the lower end of Central Park.

I have so many pictures to work on today. But look! More of that Sun stuff! See ya.
