Utata Thursday Photowalk #209. NW 23rd Ave is completely torn up for new sewer line installation. Businesses are failing along the street that was a vibrant magnet for tourists and locals alike only a year or two ago. Now, with the street an open gash that runs for blocks, with the downturn in the economy, and after a long, wet winter, merchants are struggling to stay afloat. I thought this crepe display was arresting and brave.
