Glowing for the Moon (167:365)

What with the ash cloud colouring our skies, and a full moon due to rise at the very seemly time of about 5.30, I decided to mission up to the top of the Cable Car and shoot the moon rising over the CBD.
Awesomely, it rose exactly where I hoped it did - over the top of Mt Victoria.
It was harder than I anticipated - trying to get the moon to look more like a moon rather than a bright blob without making the city disappear!
This is one of the best of the evening, but there are more to come.
Funnily, considering how Iconic a view this is, I still only have about 3 shots in my stream looking over the city from here...
