Took the thur walk up mahon falls, comeragh mountains with some old friends plus children. The location remains archetypal for us,embedded through childhood adolescence and the wild years of so-called- growing-up. It was good to see the children going semi-feral,muddied, clambering over the boulders and rock-pools.
