This view presented itself late afternoon / early evening as we were headed out to the parking lots after our walk in the hills. Sometimes we'll see deer or turkeys, or both out in the field. But not today.

Looking at the image when I got home I saw the contrast was pretty harsh, & there was little color in the dark field. Processing, I kept the interesting colors in the sky pretty much as they were while bringing up some detail in the trees & field. Finally, I decided I'd try to make it look like a colorized B&W postcard that maybe got damp around the edges or went through the washer briefly before a sharp eye plucked it out of the tub. Looking pretty grainy, but it appeals to me.
