Sarina and Cal and the Ties that Bind

Cal and Sarina are the fiery confrontational couple in Flash Flash Bang Boom, the new collaborative play by the Circle Theater of New York. He is strong in his choices, if uncertain in his direction; she is a brusque, irritated character, confrontational and composed and confident. When they get together there are sparks, and when they stay together there are conflagrations.

In one scene they clash together in words and motion, with lengths of elastic tape attaching their wrists. She tangles him, he tangles her, and emotions run free.
