Smack in the middle of the sidewalk leading to the Macy's entrance is this drain.

Grass is growing on both sides of the walk. I don't know how they could have made such a bad decision on grading the landscape and channeling runoff. It could be worse I suppose: At least they didn't install sprinklers in the pavers.
