Looks Painful

I saw this guy and couldn't believe my eyes. It looks like one of the more painful stretches anyone could do. Especially considering lots of poison oak is in the area and their dried leaves litter the trails everywhere.

I took the shot without checking settings. I knew he wouldn't be in this position more than another second and I had people coming up on my left that would block my view.
