Monks want to have fun too. These guys were hanging out on one of the higher easily accessible rooftops but called it quits when we came by. Nice guys, by the way. They joked around with us a while before they went on about their day.

The roofs of this dzong, Trongsa Dzong, were originally painted yellow but were repainted red in 2004 when the current king became penlop (governor) of this district.
