The men of the RNLI took the rescue hovercraft out for a spin this Thursday. Coincidentally Thursday was the anniversary of the D-Day landings. The heroes of that day could have used this tool used by these modern heroes. And heroes these guys are. All unpaid volunteers, they brave the worst weather and risk their lives to save people in distress on the sands and seas of the bay.
