The TTC Monopoly Their Customer Relations Skills and Policies as a Company Suck Big Time

Last evening at the height of rush hour the TTC stopped the trains in both directions. I know that the TTC has to stop the Trains when a suicidal 'person' walks out on the tracks. But the way they handle their customers is not acceptable. First they will not issue a token to people that have just payed their fare Their fixed line is: "we are going to run shuttle buses". Yes right how many people can you cram on each bus if they did happen to arrive. I saw none as I walked down through the crowded sidewalks. My point is: only a monopoly could discontinue services and not offer it's costumers a refund in the form of a rain check. Another thing they didn't get the stoppage posted to their advisory services until well after they had restarted.
