When Daylight Savings Time ends and we return to Standard Time you can feel the weight of autumn. Your body feels tired by the end of the day, even though you felt like you woke up to broad daylight. And you got an extra hour of sleep last weekend. As a public service I urge you to take your camera and take a photo walk. Not because it's Thursday, by which we take our weekly ritual walk in this group, but because it will be good for you.
