Infrared Daffodils

Ghostly daffodils.

Got a new toy today, an IR filter. So I took it for a walk. Alas the beautiful blue skies vanished, so I had to be content with playing in the garden.

The shot is white balanced in post processing using the daffodil's stems. It's also been run through noise ninja (long exposure without noise reduction + exposure boost = lots of noise) and then sharpened, plus a bit of tidying up with the healing brush.
