Style Louis XV, c- 1745-49 Baies en arc en anse-de-panier avec dessus chantourné à cartouche, le 3e étage présente des fenêtres à linteau droit. (Taken from the information panel in the archway on the ground floor). There is an English translation but some of the architectural terms sound strange so I will not bother copying and just say that they describe the basket-handle-shaped curves and sculpted cartouches above the windows of the first and second floors.
