If Flowers Were Sunshine

A beautiful day today. I do some telephone troubleshooting to the office from Starbuck's in the early afternoon, and then go down to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden for the rest. It's so pretty that I may go again tomorrow.

Along the Cherry Esplanade I spend some time on the phone with a friend, talking movies and describing the gardens and the flowers and the afternoon sun. And then I stroll. Everything is so gorgeous that I consider not taking any pictures, and walking around smelling the roses (as it were) instead. This idea lasts about two minutes.
