Day 87
The Workout of the Day (WOD) at our Crossfit Gym was three sets. First was sets of 10 suitcase deadlifts with the kettlebells alternating with 10 calories on the rower, as many rounds as possible in six minutes. Second was 10 single kettlebell swings alternating with sit ups, as many rounds as possible in six minutes. And third was back to 10 kettlebell deadlifts alternating with ring rows, as many rounds as possible in six minutes. Our scores were the total number of reps, and I got to 250. My shoulders and back are definitely talking to me today, in a good way.
