As I was driving back to work after my lunch break, I happened upon this scene. It was around 3:30 at the TC Jester entrance to I-10W.

From my extensive crime scene investigation experience (CSI, Miami and New York along with Law & Order, CI and SVU), I have deducted this truck drove up the freeway embankment and right into these posts. The footbridge the truck is up against goes across the freeway.

I drove down the block and parked out of the way of all the traffic amassing, then walked down the busted-up sidewalk in 4" heels to get this shot.
