Frosty misty foggy November morning with the sun breaking through, perfect for Utata's Thursday walk (except it was Saturday).

The block of flats is on the site of the summerhouse "Plaisaunce" that was built for Jesse Boot (founder of Boots the Chemists). The more picturesque white house was there at the time of "Plaisaunce" and is in a similar style. To the left rather than the view of the Victoria Embankment over the Trent there once was there is a high close-boarded fence, presumably to keep the private moorings secure.
