So, did you know that the Doomsday Clock was set to 100 seconds before midnight? That's the closest the clock has been moved in its 73 year history. I'm sure Millennials have no idea what this means but for some of us who grew up in the dark shadow of the Cold War, this is a symbolism that should terrify us. Heck, this month alone probably contributed to lopping off those few extra seconds toward Doom. But at least Star Trek: Picard premieres tonight and we can all hope for a better future.
