September Storm Sky

Linus Gelber

I've been wandering downtown, shooting rainbows in the Washington Square Park fountain, watching the city breathe in the sun. Rain is in the forecast, and when the clouds gather there is just time to duck into a diner on 14th Street before the skies open up.

Thanks to Angelique (Liek) for the use of her TTV texture as a frame for the image.

This picture is part of the ongoing Thursday Walk series of the Utata photo tribe - I don't do the Thursday Walks as much as I used to, but it's always fun to join in now and then. (My Thursdays sometimes happen on Fridays. It's how I roll.) See more on the Utata project page. For a selection of my personal Thursdays, check my Thursday Walk set here on Flickr.
