Brrr. Not yet a Polar Vortex, but this is the first really cold day of this winter. I put on my winter coat over my morning walk outfit for the first time in almost a month. But, it reminds us that while global warming is happening, local variation can dominate on any given day. Arctic air in January is still frakking cold.
