Pandemic One Year Later

Phillip Chee

Fifty two Thursdays ago it was the day after the World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a pandemic. If you know anything about pandemics, you knew this was going to last 18 months or longer. So, even on the one-year anniversary of the pandemic, I still intuit we're not done with it yet even with a bevy of recently approved vaccines. It's hard to predict what the overall macro effect this will have on us, but we all know the personal ones each of have endured. We had a hint of that when Utata mounted a Big Project last spring. So take a moment to remember those you may have lost, those you have missed, those that love you. And if you can, go for a walk. It's Thursday after all and we take photos.
