Utata Thursday Walk 796

One of the things about walking is that it's so easy. Many health experts recommend we walk at least 30 minutes at a brisk pace every day. For me that's about 3 km (or just under 2 miles). You can incorporate into a shopping errand, an after dinner constitutional, or a pre-breakfast energy boost. It's a good exercise to lose or maintain weight. No gym membership required.
