Fifty years ago today, John Lennon released "Imagine" onto the world. In the pantheon of songs he has written, this would be in my top 3. It's a beautiful song, full of optimism for humanity. It's something we need reminding, that things can be better than what it is. That we need to remember our humanity is sad, but is important.
