Well, it's now officially a couple of days past the start of summer. The weather's fine. I'm on vacation. And the planets are strung out on a line before sunrise. Five of them: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. They make a lovely scene. These alignments happen every few years, but one in which the 5 classical planets are lined-up in the same order from the Sun won't happen for another 18 years. So, wake up early and see a sight.
