The ISS heads towards Perseus and the Earth's shadow. The clouds were clearing as I took this series of shots. Five minutes earlier I didn't think I'd get enough clear skies, but it was almost like magic that they cleared. The clouds obscured Comet Holmes, which is where the satellite was heading toward. And the Space Shuttle Atlantis launched was scrubbed this morning. I had a prime opportunity to get a two-for-one flyby towards the comet. That would have been amazing.
