The shot is a macro of an X-Box 360 wireless controller... part of my new toy :-)
Overall lighting achieved with a spotlight through a green bottle, red glow in the X achieved with laser pointer.

Note: Replaced the original with this version that removes an annoying dark shadow at the bottom of the shot.
