On our way home this evening we drove past Butchers Dam just out of Alexandra and I just had to stop and take a photo of this gorgeous scene. It would have been even better a couple of weeks ago when the poplars still had their leaves.
I am still having uploading (and flickr speed) problems so am trying out the email upload option, hopefully it will work.
Edited to say yay, it worked!! Only a small file so you won't be seeing the large size of this one until I can manage to upload a larger version. My uploading problems are something to do with my ISP and I am not alone, they (the ISP) have apparently acknowledged there is a problem at last and are working on it. Fingers crossed they get it sorted very soon.

I have managed to replace the small sized photo I originally uploaded with a larger version so I urge you to view it ...
