It's a day for walking, a splash of summer weekend with weather that listens to reason. I suppose vaguely I'm looking for someplace interesting to brunch, but really? Just walking.

I get a cup of Blue Pig ice cream, and work my way over to Empire Fulton Ferry Park and the adjacent Brooklyn Bridge Park. Storm clouds crowd behind the Manhattan Bridge, but rain holds back.
