3 View Across The Paddyfields.
The seedlings, seen as the bright green area in front of the palm trees, will soon be lifted and transplanted by hand to half of the main paddyfields. They will remain there until they reach a height of around 8cm. The rice plants will then be lifted, once again by hand,and spaced out across the whole of the paddy fields before being left to grow further and ripen in the sun.
