a thread on utata asked us to pick a photo that is "most like you". i was surprised by my own selection (i know, how could i surprise myself?), and the associations that arose. here is what i shared:

i'm stoically awaiting spring renewal, while seeking the greater cosmology within my own backyard. spiraling inward, and outward. i'm a tree; i'm a forest. and i'm grateful for the blue skies, just beyond.
