Had a relatively unproductive afternoon downtown, hardly anyone down there due to some threatening rain...

However had a good chat with Max, whom I met briefly yesterday. He is employed by Central United Church (via gov't grant) to work with street people. Most of his work day is spent at night and during the early morning, on the streets of downtown Calgary.

EDIT: Officially, Max's job is to help the homeless and low income people to connect with the local agencies that can help them, he is essentially a freelance person in his role... Had a quick coffee with him this week and got more information out of him...
