Accidents of Light

I am amazed by how my photographs can represent just exactly where I am in life. This often happens when I am out of my known territory. I'm travelling or meandering, and not planning on shooting anything in particular. I may not even be fully aware of the connection at the time, but something in me responds, and the images then tell their own stories. Someone could say 'go here because then you will see such and such', and it just wouldn't work the same way.
