and another sunset

Joseph C. Delgado

I will not be surprised if one of these days somebody will post here on my photo stream and ask me if I do not ever get tired of shooting sunsets and I won’t blame him/her as it is pretty obvious that my stream is flooded with sunset photos. :o)

But what else can I focus my point-and-shoot camera at if I stay in the office from 7:00am to 9:00pm everyday…well, except from 6:00pm to 7:00pm when I have to travel 4km from the office back to our camp area just to eat dinner and go back to the office afterwards. That is when I try to catch the first vehicle so I can reach the camp area and run up the hill in time to watch the setting of the sun... and behold and admire all the colours cast in the sky!

If ever I have more time outside the office, will I ever focus my camera at something else? The answer is yes. I would want to have a variety of subjects to shoot.

Then…will I finally stop watching the setting of the sun? I guess not…for it is the most spectacular scene I can witness each day… for it is the most comforting time where I can stretch out my arms, breath out, feel the gentle wind and cast all my cares upon Him… for it is the best time for me to thank the Lord for all the blessings He has been giving me… and it is the best time for me to behold the handmade of the Lord!
