A very cool looking underwing moth met it's untimely demise on my porch today. Before I had a chance to grab my camera and capture it's beauty, the circle of life began. I cropped the shot to minimize the gore factor, but I wouldn't wanna mess with ants after seeing this...
I would have totally missed this if I hadn't looked at my porch closer.
