Cook it!

Stacey C.

Cook it! Don't cook it too fast or it'll get crusty or worse yet, it may burn. Mine cooks fine on "Low" on this crock pot. My other one I have to use the "Keep Warm" setting because it gets so hot!

How I make Chili, written up for DILO Sept 23 because over at Utata, they're joining in the DILO too!

48 oz beans
3 packets chili spices
48 oz tomatos
3 pounds hamburger

Boil hamburger till cooked, rinse with hot water.
Mix beans, tomatos, spices in crockpot.
Add drained/rinsed meat.
Stir well.

Cook on low for several hours. Chili tastes better the next day.
