Grilled Poppers

These are wonderful spicey goodness. Jalapeno peppers, sliced in half with the seeds removed, loaded with cream cheese and then wrapped in bacon and grilled on the bbq.

If you haven't worked with fresh peppers you need to take care. The capsaicin in the pepper will burn your skin. I rub my hands with olive oil before I start cutting and de-seeding. Keep your hands from your face, and don't put the cuttings in your garbage disposal. If you breath in the oil you'll be miserable.
