5. kat means fifth floor, and this is, where this café/bar/restaurant is situated. From the street there is almost no hint of the surprise on top. In the back you can see the famous Bosphorus Brigde. Unfortunately, it was not possible to open the window for this shot.
Actually, there is also another floor above, the roof terrace, but only available in summer.
This place is run by a rather young team, and during our stay about 4/5 of the guests were groups of women, but I was told usually there are mainly mixed couples.
The food was excellent.
