Istanbul – tea on the Bosphorus

An Widderson

this was a boat trip to Anadolu Kavagi, a small spot on the Asian side north of Istanbul, quite near to the Black Sea.
It was a public ferry. Tea and some snacks are sold for very decent prices. A glass of tea is 0,5 new Turkish lira. The sesame rings ( = simit) we bought before was 0,4 lira each. If we had waited a bit we could have had oven warm sesame rings on the ferry, too.
