Putting the bread to bed

Baking banana bread again (my own vanilla/cinnamon recipe this time, not calvo's delicious vegan version), late at night. Have bananas, will bake.

Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been taking a break from the computer (gasp!), but I promise to catch up on comments/responses, etc. soon. Until then, have a fab weekend!
