This is a recent experiment with baking using fresh local produce. In this case, rhubarb. The muffins received much praise from the under 5 club (i.e. the kids) in my home.

If you're looking for a GREAT cookbook, I highly recommend Simply in Season. I've used several recipes from it and they're all wonderful.
