Lamb shank to spare

Or not so much a spare I guess for the lamb.
Jokes aside, this was the best lamb I've ever eaten. Fall off the bone tenderness combined with mouth watering seasonings would have been enough, but there was a huge amount of meat on the bone. As a side, my wife and I shared a piece of a tiropite, an enjoyable egg and feta cheese pastry.
