Bacon Muffin with Scrambled Egg

Brunch today was a toasted muffin with melted Cheddar cheese, topped with Duchy Originals organic bacon. Topped with onions, red pepper and tomato, gently fried until soft with a dash of balsamic vinegar added at the end.
On the side, a scoop of buttery scrambled eggs.
Delicious.
Poor depth of field in this shot, because the light in the kitchen isn't really that great and I didn't think to set my tripod up first. This was quickly taken before it started to go cold.
