Mom's hands

My mother is a concert pianist and still practices almost every day despite being over 75. Her hands have been stiffened with arthritis but are undaunted even if octave-spanning chorded arpeggios are a thing of the past. The way she plays, the way her hands shape the musical phrases even when not playing a note is amazingly elegant.
