Fake napping for the sake of a picture, not so much.

In her 90th year, my grandmother made a quilt for me, her 13th -- and youngest -- grandchild. It was originally intended to be my wedding quilt, but since I stubbornly keep not getting married, my grandmother pronounced "Well, grandmas can give granddaughters presents anytime they want to" and gave it to me (with matching sheets) upon its completion last May. She hand-embroidered and hand-quilted each square and I can say with absolute certainty that if my house were on fire and I could only save one thing, this quilt would be it.
