It's a burlesque night at the Galapagos Art Space in Williamsburg - Miss Saturn is hosting her episodic Hulapalooza hula-hooping show, and those are favorites of mine. On the way there, I spot this nighttime doorway.

I'm endlessly behind in sorting and processing photos. This one here is almost a year old when I finally get to it. I've started to shoot pictures of doors as a series, but this picture long predates that project - I'm very fond of my door set, but at least for now this one doesn't fit. Or does it?

The Utata photo blog-tribe has a weekend project on Doors and Portals over this holiday weekend, and that's a fine excuse to dig this one out and post it at last.
